• Ensuring they have all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions for all content they upload (including images, logos, photographs, trademarks, and copyrighted material)
• Ensuring their Digital Cards comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards
• Obtaining consent from any individuals whose personal information appears on their Digital Cards
• Any consequences resulting from inaccurate, false, misleading, or unlawful content on their Digital Cards
• Any third-party claims arising from their Digital Card content

3.3 No Liability for User Content

WE SHALL HAVE NO LIABILITY WHATSOEVER FOR ANY USER CONTENT, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY CLAIMS OF DEFAMATION, LIBEL, SLANDER, INVASION OF PRIVACY, INFRINGEMENT OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS, FRAUD, MISREPRESENTATION, FALSE ADVERTISING, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL CLAIM ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO USER CONTENT. Card view statistics, engagement metrics, and analytics provided by the Platform are approximate estimates only. They may be affected by bot traffic, VPN usage, caching, ad blockers, browser settings, and other factors. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THE ACCURACY, PRECISION, OR COMPLETENESS OF ANY ANALYTICS DATA. You should not make important business decisions based solely on Platform analytics.

6.2 No Liability for Data Loss

We are not responsible for any consequences of sharing your information. Deleted or expired Digital Cards may continue to appear in search engine caches, web archives, or third-party copies.

• Commission rates, terms, and the Reseller program itself may be changed or terminated at any time at our sole discretion without liability
• Resellers must comply with all applicable laws in their jurisdiction and are solely liable for any legal violations

13. Comprehensive Limitation of Liability
